This policy explains what information Ava Nails Spa (HKC Enterprise Inc) collects about you, how we use it and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you check in at the salon on our Jovée Link check-in screen: your name, mobile number, email address and date of birth, and whether you'd like texts or emails from us. If you sign up for messages, we record when you signed up, the wording you agreed to and the language you saw it in.
When you book online or in the app: your name, phone number, email address, the service you chose and your appointment time.
Your visits: the services you have and your appointment history.
When you call or email us: whatever you choose to tell us.

Our website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. It loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's IP address when a page loads.

How we use it

To book and provide your services, and to contact you about your appointments.
To recognize you when you come back and keep track of your visits.
To send you texts or emails about offers, birthday treats and reminders, but only if you signed up for them.
To keep our business records and meet our legal obligations.

Text messages

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The service providers below that help us send our texts use this information only to send our messages.

You can stop our texts at any time by replying STOP. Our text message terms explain how the program works.

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with companies that help us run the salon, and they may use it only to provide their services to us:

Jovée Link (operated by Jovee AR LLC), which runs our check-in, booking and customer messaging.
Twilio, which delivers our text messages, and our email delivery provider.
Stripe, if you choose to pay in the Jovée Link app.

We may also share information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you're our customer and for as long as we need it for our business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

Texts: reply STOP to any message.
Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email.
Your information: call us at (704) 921-0389 or email info@avanailsspacharlotte.com to see, correct or delete it.

Children

Children's appointments are made by a parent or guardian. Children under 13 can't check in on their own, and only adults 18 and older can sign up for our texts.

Keeping it safe

We use established providers to store your information and only let staff who need it see it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
