Ava Nails Spa is a nail salon in Charlotte, North Carolina, operated by HKC Enterprise Inc. These terms cover our website, booking an appointment with us, and our text message and email programs. By using our website or signing up for our messages, you agree to these terms.
Our website tells you about our services, prices, offers and opening hours. We keep it up to date, but prices, services and hours can change, so please call us at (704) 921-0389 to confirm. Please don't misuse the website, for example by trying to disrupt it or by sending false bookings.
You can book on our website, in the Jovée Link app, by phone or in person. Online bookings are handled for us by Jovée Link (operated by Jovee AR LLC), and we confirm them once your nail artist is set. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please call us at (704) 921-0389 as early as you can.
You pay for your services at the salon, or in the Jovée Link app where we offer it.
Offers and coupons are subject to the conditions shown with each one.
Program. Ava Nails Spa sends recurring automated marketing text messages, such as offers, birthday treats and reminders to book, from our toll-free number to customers who sign up.
How to sign up. When you check in at our front desk on the Jovée Link check-in screen, tick the box to get texts from Ava Nails Spa. The box is unchecked until you tick it. Signing up is never a condition of any purchase or service. You'll get a text confirming that you've joined.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies. We only send texts between 9 AM and 8 PM Eastern Time.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We don't charge for our texts.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You'll receive one final text confirming that you've been unsubscribed, and we won't text you again unless you reply START to rejoin.
Help. Reply HELP to any message for help, call us at (704) 921-0389 or email info@avanailsspacharlotte.com.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Who can sign up. You must be 18 or older and the account holder of the mobile number, or have the account holder's permission.

If you tick the box for emails when you check in, we'll send you occasional offers and news. Every email has a link to unsubscribe.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
